Residency requirements
Deserama Mobile Home Community welcomes residents ages 55 or older. To make your home rental and move in as smooth as possible, Deserama management will conduct a credit and background check and verify your age.
Please complete, sign, and return the following application documents, along with a check for background check processing, to the address listed below.

Please make checks out to Deserama Mobile Home Community:
- $45 per U.S. citizen
- $90 per Canadian (or other foreign) citizen
Please note: All payments must be made in U.S. funds only; all non-U.S. funds checks will be returned.
